Hello to all you Eriba folk, we are at the very early stages of Eriba hunting but have narrowed it down to a Troll 530GT, I like the white ones but the second signature likes the silver ones so silver it is...

We have visited AL and was very impressed with the 540 but we do want a fixed double etc. Got the px quote and was shocked at how much our van had lost in 3 years

Can I ask what you would regard as the "must have" options and your opinion on a very easy to erect awning please.

Thanks

. Can't help with options, sorry. We have a PuckL which is basically a big bed on wheels, no loo. Awnings are a sore point in our house, we need a new one but Neil won't consider buying another one (cautious with money, she says politely).
Good luck, I'm sure that loads of advise will be winging your way shortly.
Julie.

Hello Lunarbi and welcome to Eribafolk from a 530 owner.
Admittedly, our 530 is 16 years old and has no extras whereas the ones you are looking at are probably new as you are talking about a silver one.

Therefore I'll leave others to advise you further on the "must have" options.

Hi, we've got a 530 GT 2015 - chose the fixed bed model, which is surprisingly comfy. We opted for the hot water supply, sprung cushions, spare wheel and motor mover. We don't have an awning, decided on a Caravan Store from Fiamma, it's perfect for both sunny and wet conditions, it's light and easy to put up.
We opted for the Truma gas heater - but bought compact oil filled radiator, which I feel, distributes the heat better.
If your buying the 2016 model you might get some of the equipment I quote as standard.
Good luck with your choices.
