Anorak Warning 
A few years ago we spotted a 1965 Ziegler caravan on a campsite in the Alsace region of France.

However, we've not been able to find out any more information about the company.
Earlier today, I came across this website http://www.oldtimercaravanclub.nl/coppermine/index.php with some really interesting gallery photos and though it might be worth sharing (

The caravan I particularly like ( and it answers Aaron Calder's question about coloured roofs) is the Bourgeois Prima Donna.

I was going to suggest that you try to get out more, Roger, until I saw my name and followed the link. 
That Prima Donna looks very smart with its silver roof.
I still think Hymer have got it wrong retaining a white roof on a supposedly all silver van.

I hadn't thought of that and it does look rather like the back end of an over inflated VW camper doesn't it?

No, that is a Citroën logo Taffy. If my memory serves, they were part of a Citroën Club and towed it with a classic Citroën DS
