Have absolutely no computer knowledge at all, as some on here could verify. Talktalk have just changed their email and the first day I could see all my emails but couldn't open them. I managed to delete before reading the email from talktalk that explained how it all worked. It has taken me two days to get to open them. So you have my sympathy but no help I'm afraid.

I had a similar problem on my MAC (Yosemite) after TalkTalk messed around with Webmail a week or so ago. I could not open TalkTalk Webmail at all - but on my older Mac it was OK and also on my iPad, all OK ! My Internet server is Tiscali, but I use other email providers for 'important stuff' 'cause Talk Talk are hopeless and I understand that AOL are part of TalkTalk now ?

Anyway, what I did on my Mac Yosemite was to clear the Cache and Cookies for just TalkTalk Webmail - then all worked perfectly :)

I hope this may help - - but please understand that I'm a complete dunce when it comes to computers

"Snap...My Windows 10 has gone nuts, I have lost my internet and start up features,"

I found this remedy online and it worked with my PC and two family laptops. Dead easy fix.

1. control/alt/delete to bring up task manager

2. click "file"

3. run "new task"

4. type "msconfig" in the box and check "with admin privileges"

5. go to boot section, click on "safeboot" and "network"

6. ok to restart

7. after restart just repeat the process but unclick the safe boot square in msconfig

8. restart again..
