Useful door storage

After a few months of hunting , I have found some storage jars that fit well in our Eriba troll door. The plastic jars are available in most supermarkets and have peaches or fruit salad in them. They fit the 2 lower shelves perfectly without distorting the bar. Airtight and waterproof if the door should be open without awning cover in a British squall! We keep tea bags ( PG and herbal), coffee pods, pegs, mend it stuff, rice and pasta when away and anything else that will fit!

I have posted a photo in the photo section in the 'doors' section.

Hope you find it a useful idea.

Found something similar in my local co-op today but they only fit the bottom bit of the door, they come with either prunes or peach slices in.

Looks like I might be eating a lot of peach slices in the near future.

I think these door jars are the real business g133p2063-image.html but we're bound to pick the wrong ones. Therefore well have to measure our door trays before investing in 12lbs of stewed prunes

That's why I only bought one to start with ............. so I could try it in the door first.

Peach porridge for breakfast tomorrow.

They fit the bottom two shelves in our door but not the top one - I am still hunting for the perfect storage there!

The tropical fruit salad is the best one in my view and def better than prunes

Yay tesco extra had the tropical fruit salad when I went there today,

I'm worried that I'm shopping by container size instead of looking to see what's in the containers
