We've just had our water ingress test and service done at AL's new premises in Bournemouth. It is a much improved set up compared with the Poole place with separate reception and offices for the service department and sales. The showroom is well layed out with plenty of vans to check out and the whole operation feels much more friendly and professional. We had a slight hiccup with our time tabling as one of the engineers was ill but the service manager was thoughtful and helped us out with an early phone call to enable us to rearrange our travel plans.

Have to agree with you about the premises - very pleasant and professional ! (can't compare with the ex Poole set-up as I have never visited there !)

Sounds a good improvement, they needed it. We couldn't make the last open day.

I understand the dates for the open days are Friday 8th and Saturday 9th April 10am 4pm

I can confirm that AL have a Customer Social Event on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th April from 10am to 4pm. They currently have around 75 Eribas on display from pre-loved to current models. Nibbles and drinks will be available. Note that parking is at a premium, even though it is a large site, and will be to the right as you go through the main entrance gates. If on-site parking is full there is also on-road parking outside the premises. Cars towing vans may/will experience parking problems!
