We use a Bulldog Euroclamp on our Troll's alloys. It's quick to put on, although as with all clamps there's a deal of grovelling round on your knees to do it. It's reasonably compact and doesn't weigh a ton. The guards on the ends of the arms stop them damaging the rims.
There isn't much else to say, really. It does what it says on the tin, and with a bit of luck you should be able to pick one up for about eighty quid.
