Wind getting under pop top.

Hello all,

We haven't had our van long so please be patient if this is a ridiculous question.

It's windy here today and we have just been in the Eriba to get it ready for a weekend away. While sitting in the van admiring its beauty we noticed the pop top fabric being moved by the wind. The top was still closed. Is this anything to worry about? I sort of think it's normal, but would appreciate a bit of reassurance.

Thanks

Lenny.

With the top down there isn't a weatherproof seal that kicks in, so to speak. However there should be a black gasket around the bottom edge of the poptop that protects the roof. This normally also gives a bit of weather protection.

Does your van still have it fitted?

Thanks for the reply. Yes there is a black gasket. Wind probably just getting underneath it. Will stop worrying!
