Hello Cate

How old is the van, which window is it and (assuming that the window has come out of the hinges) can you post a photograph or two?

It may well be easier to suggest solutions if we know what we're dealing with

Not sure why they are not the right way up when enlarged but I have reworked them and now they should be ok.

It looks from the damage that the van has been reversed with the window open and has hit something breaking the side and ripping the top part out of the hinge?

Was it insured at the time ? if so maybe a claim from the insurance company?

If not a phone call to somewhere like Jandi about a replacement.

Looking at mine (2006 model) the window looks like its moulded into that plastic strip at the factory.

Other places to get a replacement may be.

try sliding in from the back at about 45 degrees angle seen one fitted like that

you may need to remove the end cap first
hope this helps

just looked at picture again
seems the hinge has come off the plastic window
was thinking the hinge had come apart. hence the above response..

because window is keeping weather out, call an eriba dealer to get a new window

your eriba insurance should cover it because its accidental when opening window no one expects it to fall on ground
