Hi,I have an NR awning that was made for AL.This has some plastic wing nut style couplings/clasps to hold the poles together,grey in colour.I am desperate to find some extras.Can anybody help as I have emailed NR and had no reply,I also heard it was no longer in operation .There are so many other options I've looked at on the web.I have some easygrip fixings for some of the poles,which work but not for all pole diameters.Any help would be appreciated
