Soplair awning to fit Puck not L or Familie pre 2009 very good condition with steel poles, curtains, storm strap, ground sheet(breathable) due to size of poles and weight not able to post or use courier so collection only from Plymouth. Will accept offers over £200 but remember collection only.

Are you prepared to pack it up, weigh it and measure it?

If you are, someone could get an estimate for collection by a parcel delivery company. Most of them will collect as well as deliver.

It's an obvious thing to say, but Plymouth and collection in person narrows your customer base somewhat...

Yes I could weigh and pack the awning up but poles are in sperate bag therefore liable for damage so posting is not advisable. That is the main reason for price.

I understand, but at least it gives someone who may not be able to collect in person the option to get a quote for having it picked up.

And it might be that a prospective purchaser would be prepared to pay you however much it costs to make it transportable so that you wouldn't lose out.

The second hand awning we bought off a forum member was beautifully wrapped up in lots of cardboard and gaffer tape and was delivered by courier in perfect condition - I think it cost us about £25 for collection/delivery once we established all the dimensions and weights etc. A bargain I thought, considering the weight of it! 😊
