Hi you bright eribafolk, issue with loo, motor working on loo but no pumpen off the pink stuff, have checked pipe connection all OK. HELP !

Presumably you have some water in the tank? I gave up using the pink stuff as it seems to create black stuff that clogs the pump

soak it with a pipe cleaning solution to before you dismantle anything. If you can hear the motor trying to turn but no water then the pump is fine but clogged up I posted on this under Thetford impeller pump jam.
