I ordered my new Eriba 320 Familia with steel wheels, but would now like to fit alloy ones. However, Automotive Leisure advises that Eriba don't supply alloy wheels as an after-market accessory. Does anybody know of a suitable substitute? For example, does Al-Ko produce these wheels?

It's not a case of having to make do with a substitute - the alloys fitted to Eribas aren't special Eriba-only ones.
There are two or three different types which are used on Familias, all of which can be bought from this place here.
Have a look on the Automotive Leisure website to see which ones you like the best and then e-mail Gunnar Braasch (the bloke who owns Caravanreifen) for advice.
He's very helpful, and his prices are very good. I've bought alloys from him, as have several others on here.

Not quite thread drift, but am I right in thinking that the wheel nuts that suit alloy wheels don't suit steel wheels and vice versa - or did I make that up?

Quote: cabbie37 wrote in post #13Our Troll came with steel wheels. I replaced them with alloys and used the new studs that they came with. Like yours, our spare is steel, so I kept the original studs in case I needed to use the spare.
I don't have a spare set of wheel nuts, however. Perhaps I should look into that..
So now I've got two sets of steel studs but only one spare wheel. I can't see ever needing more than one set of studs, so if you'd like the other set you can have them for nothing.
Let me know and I'll stick them in the post.
Cheers
