Selling an Eriba

Selling an Eriba. A little advice needed. Having gone through a divorce I may need to part with my Puck 225. I am not sure what sort of value to put on it. Having looked at the AL site and seen what they are asking, I guess I have to aim some way below that. Is there a magic formula ie. a percentage below the AL price? Any advice. I am hoping not to have to sell it, but I should be prepared.

Nick, as you say AL are not the cheapest on the market,

Zitat
Puck 225

That would be a Puck L if I'm not mistaken?

We have a section here for sales (private sales only .... no trade)

Got an Eriba or anything Eriba-related to sell? Looking for a caravan, parts or accessories? Put your adverts here

Should you need to advertise (hopefully not) allowing for a dealer markup private sales are usually somewhere around £1000.00 less than a trade sale (going by AL prices)

Hopefully you will not need to sell ................

Enjoy your stay on our forum.

I was toying with the idea of trading my 2008 troll in for a new Eriba, the trade in value given by Lowhams and AL were both £11,500. AL would put this van up for sale between 13k to 14k. If I was thinking of selling my Eriba privately I would be asking £12,500. Hope this helps as a rough guide.Brian.

I think you might be selling yourself a bit short if you asked £12,500 privately.

I get the dealer price hike resulting from the need to make a profit, pay overheads and provide warranties, but there are seven Trolls between 2006 and 2008 on AL's website at the moment - some showroom-prepared, some not - and the average price of those is forty quid shy of fifteen grand.
