I have contacted Specialised Covers and below is a collated version of the e-mail conversation.
So, nothing in the pipeline from them:-

It has been mentioned on one of the eriba forums that you are looking into the possibility of producing a front protection cover, to be used when towing the pop top eriba touring.
I have recently bought my 4th and hopefully final eriba, a 2017 Triton, and plan that will last me out. I would prefer to keep it as free as possible from dents and dings to its front end.
Have you any news about this possible welcome development. If so would you be in need of a test van to try for fit?

Thanks for your email. I’m not aware of us having any plans to make a towing cover for the Eribas as they don’t have an awning channel…

Thank you for the reply Vicky.
The eriba does have an awning channel. In fact it has a combined gutter/awning channel that runs around the full van.
This is one reason why I am surprised a towing cover has never been available. The top fixing should be very easy, just slide it in.
Please see attached photo.

I understand however to make it safe enough and secure it needs to be fitted with awning rails that run from top to bottom rather than one around the top of the van.
Thanks
