While going to the summer meet last week the caravan went Into a snake, which was quite disconcerting seeing that It was the first time that we had towed It. On relating this Incident to Hob he immediately looked at our tow hitch and discovered that my dampers were sized and not working. He the proceeded to get out his tools and with a socket and a hammer bashed the hitch which released the dampers and put us back In control. Without his help we would have unwittingly hitched the van back up at the end of the meet and tried to return to the island before getting It fixed. Risking all the consequences of not having working dampers. Margaret and I appreciate his his help, and thank him very much.

No problem, only too pleased to be able to help, it is a common fault with the al-ko aks1300 hitch when the pads are wound out too far.
