Awning arrived today, now need to sort out the rail fixings.

The picture speaks a thousand words,

Left is the fixing from one end of the rail already on the van, removed to clean rail out and determine condition, there are 2 of these, one on each end at centres of 2400 mm
note it has a "saddle" or "seat block" call it what you will.

Middle Is the fixing that was mounted between the 2 end ones, nowhere near centrally, also on a seat block

Right is a plastic copy of the middle one, sourced from a caravan shop but didn't come with the seat block.

What I need are 2 but preferably 3 of the seat blocks and 6 stainless screws, these screws are screwed right through the rail. Blocks are falling apart, screws are bent and mismatched.

I can make the blocks from hardwood to get me going but does anyone know of a source or can offer alternative mounting solutions?

Also, best place for the rail insert plastic strip? I fancy red or orange, think it's 11mm

Thanks
Al
