Chicken thighs, bag of casserole veg £1.00 bag of Chicken Chasseur mix. Add the mix to 1/2 pint water brown off chicken (don't wash) bung it all in a big pot .
Bring to boil and simmer for 40 mins Drink wine and serve. delish. Saves on washing up too

Thought about those pellets but I can always get dry twigs and pine cones from the local forestry or small offcuts from the workshop.
