I was underneath my puck, installing a new gas drop vent, and whilst slithering out under the back of my Puck I found this hinged " thing " !
I think it may be something to do with cleaning a caravan for vertically challenged people..if I can say that ?

This is all there is. It's hinged from the frame ?
Could it be all that remains of a spare wheel carrier ?

Thought it might have been a step to help folk clean the top of the rear window ?
