We are selling our much-loved 2007 Eriba Familia 320 GT. It is in very good condition and has only been used on average for five weeks per year. It has UK spec, one owner, no smoking and no pets. It is two-berth and comes with all the usual fittings, including a Dometic fridge with freezing compartment, Truma gas heater, smev three-burner hob, internal water tank, stainless steel sink with pumped cold water, Thetford cassette toilet, interior lighting, exterior light, wardrobe and plenty of additional overhead storage space, four 3-pin plug sockets, fold-down step and outside table fitting. It is also fitted with a Winterhoff WS3000 stabiliser, a Reich mover and a pheumatic jockey wheel. We are also including a porch awning with the van. It has been serviced annually by Jandi Caravans, including this year, and we have copies of all service history plus the paperwork and instructions which came with the van.
