We recently went to CC Kendal site, the location is in a n old gun powder works which is heavily forested. The colour of the leaves were beautiful and dropping profusely. The weather was damp which was making the leaves stick to the roof, after 5 nights we returned home and I prepared the van for winter. The roof still had leaves on and I was surprised to see when I brushed them off that the colour of the leaves had leached out on to the roof. It took a lot of washing with a strong solution of caravan cleaner to get rid of the leaf imprints...
I suppose at this time of year the leaves are decomposing and releasing the colour especially when they are damp, just something to be aware of if your Eriba is under a tree for any prolonged amount of time.
