The pop air pro in your link looks nice Hob, nice to see that someone has developed a better van connection like that bit very much, the depth is some 1.3m shorter than Vango and at £849 a bit pricey.

But hey we are talking of Eriba here not run of the mill.

I almost bought the Vango, saw it for £385 must have been one of these cyber sale thingys because the next day it had gone up to £499! I was waiting to discus with SWMBO! Another thought has occurred to me, all these drive away awnings are bathtub types with a raised lip around the doors, a trip hazard?
I can understand why, as they are free standing without a vehicle attached whereas a caravan awning relies on the 'van wall. Also, with the inner wall it would make using the Eriba table on the side wall difficult. So if I want an air type awning I suppose I'll have to save up for the Kampa/AL 😳

just swatting up on stuff that may save me asking too many questions and came across this. Great news for me because we tow with a T4 Multivan and already have a Motordome Classic and love it to bits. Delighted that it may do service on our Troll 550 (when we get it!)

I purchased a Khyam Quick Erect 380 Sleeper this summer and used it for the first time last month. It was easy to erect and I would feel confident in putting it up myself in all but the strongest of winds. Wish I had bought one years ago. It is so roomy and the sleeping annexe consists of two sections each to take double mattress. I can highly recommend it. The Motordome would be even more straightforward.
