Speaking with a friend last Saturday: born and reared on an apple farm, the family grows apples for the Bulmer Cider folk for decades. He had photos on his phone of Apple Blossoms taken last Friday: they have never before seen this: seems the trees don't know what season it is or they are drinking their own cider perhaps . .( the trees that is ) 14 deg. here today too. 11 deg. at 7 am this morning. Mid winter jaunt in the Eriba mayhaps ??

Was on the beach in Looe last week in shorts and t shirt blue sky everyday, chilly in the morning with frost, and cold in the wind, but out of it and close to the promenade, lovely

got the mist which comes down the river and out to sea, got another with a fishing boat disapearring into the mist towards the sunrise, dry all week, walked to Talland, back from Polperro, alonng the beach to Plaidy then back along the coastpath (due to tide) fabulous week, never afraid to go on holiday whatever the weather, we are BRITISH after all😎
