Yours looks like a 4900 awning, which is fitted to the awning rail of the van. Can't be sure from the photo, but if it is, then you probably wouldn't be able to fit an air awning.
We had a 6200 awning fitted to our new van, and it's bonded to the roof, so the awning rail is free. I've attached a photo to show the difference.
We were given a couple of Omnistor sides at a recent Eriba meet, and I must say they're a doddle to put ut. We don't have a front, so I can't say how easy it is to make a complete enclosure. Have also attached a photo of one of the sides.
