Exiting times, we now have our 660GT parked in our drive, kindley delivered by the previous owner.

So the fun starts, sorry but we are going to have loads of questions !

So here's our first few.

What's the best cleaner for the outside I particularly want to do the roof.

How do you clean the material in the pop up roof.

Where is the best place to get a cover for it.

Also there is a round socket (like a 12v cigar) at the bed end near the top of the window. What is it ?

Thanks for your help the fun begins.

Well done, I would suggest Viv is the best cleaner for the outside and for cleaning the top try asking Frantone ( tongue in cheek, honest)

Enjoy

Hi and .
The recommended cleaner for the pop top is 303 Multi Surface Cleaner, you then need to reproof with 303 Fabric Guard. The pop top can be done in situ (cover internal fabric and surfaces) or can be removed. There is a detailed description of how to remove the pop top in the Blog section. Best done in good drying weather so probably not yet.
As for the exterior we just use a good quality car shampoo but others on here do it in much more detail. Search for Agger's posts in particular although I am sure someone will be along shortly with lots of good advice.
Good luck and enjoy your new to you Eriba.

Have look at this link for fitted covers, you can get generic ones but you will need to tuck them in a bit as they are made for standard size caravans.

congrats, we too have a (2008) 660 otherwise known as an Eriba Pontos. The socket you mention was probably installed by the previous owner for a TV or water pump to fill tank. You open the window and pass pump cable through some have the socket externally fitted.
