water tap/pump isolation - owners of newer vans

I am collecting my new van in a bit over a week and have my jobs to do.
On my last van I only had one water tap so fitted an in-line switch under the sink. This meant I could isolate it from the 12v supply and leave the system open to breath over winter storage whilst the rest of the 12v system remained live.
With the newer vans and fancy fuse box is it possible to flip a switch and isolate the water pumps, or will i need to install a switch near the pump?

The new vans have a 12v cut out switch on the outside of the wardrobe and this cuts off all the 12 volt supply.

When I go on holiday I like to pop my top!

Thanks, that means I am half way there without any work. I would prefer just to isolate the pump feed as I can then leave power on to interior lights.

By elimination I removed the fuse for the pump to drain the system and ieave open over winter. Be aware the fuses were not as per the handbook.

That's another option. I downloaded a 2014 manual that shows the water pump and toilet share the same fuse. As you say it is trial and error, or definetly was on the French vans as electrics in practice did not match what they should be.
I may end up going for something like this, or just fit a simple switch under the seating next to the tank.

My 2013 Troll supplied by AL had the water pump connected straight to the battery completely by-passing the Schaudt transformer/supply.
I fitted my own Isolation switch.
