We are delighted with our brand new Troll GT 540... and with Lowdhams Nottingham.
Living in the Highlands - Strathspey is a strong clue! - sharp frosts inevitable, so as a matter of routine it's necessary to blow all water out of pipes and boiler, etc. In previous 'vans I used the Floe drainage kit with the Truma ultraflow pistol grip connection; simple and very effective.
However, the Troll water inlet system is completely different... a spring loaded male/female connection draws water from the aquaroll + electric pump. The handbook simply says, drain down etc and then blow out remaining water (0.5 bar max pressure) by blowing into the water pipe. Really?!
How do experienced eribafolk ensure all water is removed?
The ideal solution would be a nifty device that plugs into the water inlet which can then be pressurized... does such a device exist? Perhaps I have to get ALV at Tebay to make one for me
Many thanks
