email to Hymer

Following the thread on mtplm, I emailed hymer with the relevant info for the mtplm upgrade.

I received the automated reply that they are busy and will get back to me but 7 weeks have passed and nothing.
I sent them another reminder and nothing.
To the people who have done this exercise, how long did it take you?.

I do not think there is a definitive answer on e-mail replies from Hymer.
In 2011 I believe I was the first in going through this process or re-plating and had return e-mails usually within a couple of days.
At the end of last year I e-mailed Hymer three times with a query regarding a van on order and never received a reply.

In 2016 I had a reply in less than 2 weeks.
