Just watched today's episode about the latest Hymer model. As the door is on the "wrong " side they will have to go nose inwards to park on Caravan Club sites ( post to the left of the caravan please ) Unfortunately, across the back of the caravan is the washroom and no windows !! Hee Hee, how long would it be before they are allowed to park properly ? Answers on a postage stamp please. :)

I'm assuming Caravan TV is a TV channel?

One what?

And have you sorted yourself out with some super-duper gaffer tape yet?

Might it not be cheaper - it'd certainly be easier - to get a new groundsheet?

By the time you've spent ten or twelve quid on a roll of extra-wide duct tape and spent hours getting increasingly cross with having to throw half of it away because it's got stuck to itself, gone on all wrinkly and creased or got grass stuck to it, you might wish you'd bought a new one anyway.

Regular-width gaffer tape is enough of a pain to use if you're pulling off long lengths. I can imagine six-inch wide gaffer tape being a proper nightmare.

It's just a thought.

Sadly we lost channel 254 a few months back so can no longer indulge in Caravan, Practical Caravan and Practical MotorHome.

I think I may be able to get one of them on the net but that's it.
