Hi All,
I've not posted before but Just thought I would let you all know of my recent experience with my latest annual service, water ingress test, and a couple of warranty issues on my Familia 320 at Automotive Leisure.
We often read about things when there are problems, or we receive poor service, so I am happy to report the opposite!

They have recently appointed a new service manager, Paul Thomas, who arranged my servicing / warranty items with Hymer and looked after us in a very friendly, efficient manner. All The work was completed in the time agreed and I have to say, apart from obviously having to pay for it ! it was a pleasant, hassle free experience.

Yes thanks, a lot of us found him good when at the Spring Meet on the organised outing to AL and us a week before when they serviced our PuckL

I too found Paul to be both professional and very helpful when I had my annual service and ingress test completed two weeks ago....
A very likeable fella.....

Many thanks to all who read my poor customer service comment. For whatever reason or who ever intervened, justice has prevailed, lets hope my bad experience was the man and not the company ethos.

Edited by Administrator I have removed the reference to a company that was named in error in this post. AC

Correct me if I am wrong Jayfour but i thought that your bad service comment was connected with Adventure Leisure not Automotive Leisure...

You are right, Argie. (See above edit.) Thank you for drawing this to my attention.

Would all members please take care not to confuse these two similarly named Eriba dealers when posting comments.
