Clicking noises from fridge

We have always had periodic clicking noises when the fridge is running, wife says it is to do with fridge switching itself off and on when temperature has been reached. Lately the clucking had become more prolonged and louder and more frequent. My thought is that the fridge is on it's way out, any thoughrs? Thanks

If you have the stomach for it you can read all about the latest jaunt that I've just posted. Benzedrine will help.

All being well, we should be heading for Belgium and France again in September but, as of yet, no firm - or even floppy - plans.
