Great site. Have been scrolling through as we (I) bought a soplair awning from a puck-owner, brought it home, but DH says we don't have the correct awning strip to fit it.....it is just like this attached..only wanted it for a special family get-together but may not be any good, in which case I shall be selling it. HOWEVER, if anyone has any advice.......:) ??

Not sure I understand your problem? Soplair awnings were made for Pucks ............... see these pictures

Thanks hob for response - asked AL and sent pictures - it seems (strangely) the awning rail could be upside down??? Can be sorted though, and only wanted this big old Soplair for a family reunion - For anyone looking at lightweight, easy to put-up awnings, we normally use a Gemstone Turismo XS Motorhome Drive-Away Awning 2m x 2m -, it opens up on all sides (so can be a simple sun canopy) and is brilliant. Cost around £124 a couple of years ago. Needed a very small amount of additional tweaking to fit more-or-less perfectly. It has withstood quite some wind and rain with no problems (yet).
