Hi All,

This is a bit of a long shot and I am only after a rough measurement but I am putting a hole in my garage door, for which my new 540 hook will stick out. I have the dimensions of the ALKO 3004 when the bar is closed, however I need a rough guide to height when a hitch-lock is attached.

I have included an image below which has the ALKO Premium hitch-lock attached which seems to me the lowest profile. Any feedback greatly appreciated with regard to a measurement of the highlighted distance.

However the handbrake lever is higher.
It occurred to me that I would expect the manufacturers of hitch locks to make them to fit under the lowered stabiliser handle. The AlKo ones seem to.

May I ask which hitch lock you have?

It's the standard AlKo one.
