Hi
Apart from the usual eBay and Gumtree etc. What other sites are good for second hand Eribas? Specifically Trolls. Cheers

If you know what you want, Eriba Shop, Dom fox can organise and source for you. Many have bought from him.

Don't be nervous of Dave's (Eribanaut) suggestion, it's a real option. Many people have travelled to Holland to buy their Eriba - me included. I found it a straightforward affair, I had a better choice and I saved money. Though, to be fair, when I bought, the Euro was at 1.41 to the pound. Be a while before we see such days again..

I can also concur with buying on the continent. I did this [new] in 2007. Prices are still a bit cheaper than UK, but more importantly the selection is far greater and you will find older vans in very good condition.
In UK you can also try:-

Cheers all.
There's some great options that I'll definitely look into.
What is the best way to contact Dom Fox as I've emailed and never got a reply?!

I would try again with Dom. He is a good person to do business with. Also worth considering is what you see on his site is not all that he has. Vans are sourced to customer requirements from abroad, and he used to have vans awaiting transportation. Give him a call.

It depends where you live, Tony LLoyd at Eriba Caravan Sales who are at Barrowford in East Lancs are also very good to deal with.

There may be some overlap with adverts on Marktplaats, but Speuders is also a good source..

and I thought this looked a particularly nice option

http://www.speurders.nl/overzicht/carava...&order_by=price

It has the advantage of being a private advert so will be at a lower price than an equivalent offering at a dealer..

If you view the page using Chrome as a browser a small icon in the URL line at the top of the page will translate the page into English for you if that helps...

Cheers. There's certainly a lot of options. We went to Lowdhams to look at a few to check sizes. It looks like the Troll 540 would be best for us or a 530 if the right deal comes our way. The bigger bed in the 540 seems the best bet for us.

And that's exactly the conclusion we came to when we bought our 540. We leave the bed made up and use the front dinette for dining if we can't eat outside..
