Hi, we have a Troll 540 and I thought I’d share the latest mod to its interior. Probably been done before but here goes…..

The large seating/table area at the rear of the caravan is never used and has been left set up as a bed which, in my opinion, is far larger than it needs to be.

By turning the two mattresses and sleeping across across the ‘van we have gained quite a lot of extra floor area. It might not look much from the attached photos but it allows easier access to the wardrobe and keeps bedding clear of the heater. Lift out tubular steel supports were used to replace the swing out aluminium ones making the space under the mattresses also more easily accessible. Space has also been made available for additional storage boxes under pillows and next to the wardrobe and fridge, one of which doubles as bedside table.
