Just returned from France and have slow puncture in nearside tyre. Tyres look good no cracks plenty of tread they are Matador 185R14C which I cannot find on tinternet but do need replacing as they are 47/05
Having trouble locating alternatives which have a high enough load index. On most tyre sites when I punch in the sizes typically give tyres with LI of 82 which is 475Kg. We have 2007 Troll 540 with 1200 axle so require somewhere around 100/102 LI methinks ?
Any advice on what and where to buy gratefully received.

Mike

Kind of depends how quickly you need them, Mike, but I got a pair of these (from them) on the basis that I wanted to buy tyres made by a reputable manufacturer and not by someone I'd never heard of.

We had Matadors on our PuckL years ago, and after a while they started to develop so many bulges that they looked like an anaconda after a meal of watermelons.

I've used Uniroyals on cars before and they've been excellent.

P.S. Our Troll has the same axle rating as yours.

Our 2016 Troll with 1300kg axle has 185R14C102L tyres fitted. These tyres appear in the vans registration document and are, therefore, for us compulsory. Other tyre markings are Barum Vanis 2

Have just had new tyres fitted by local garage. Bought two from Tyreleader as recommended by Mr Le Poo. Delivery took about 5 days from placement of order. Garage charged me £20 to fit including valves, balancing and disposal of existing tyres (ebay probably).
Was chatting with fitter who was surprised when I asked for them to be balanced. Don't normally balance for caravan or trailer tyres he told me. They do a lot of caravans as they are next to several storage facilities and have 1/2 doz caravan sites within a 5 mile radius. So we will see how we go with balanced wheels. There were no weights on the wheels with original tyres.
