How anyone ever replaced a wheel bearing on an Eriba Familia and if so how do I go about finding the exact bearing replacement?

Your Familia will have either taper roller bearings or sealed-for-life (SFL) Euro bearings depending on the age, Terry.

If Euro SFL type then probably 30/60x37 or 34/64x37 size.

The best way is to measure them, but if you let me have the information shown on the axle's identification plate I should be able to let you have the bearing details.

Examples of axle ident plates are shown on page 4 of the Al-Ko Chassis Handbook

Hi Terry,
Remove the existing bearing and check the code numbers on the edge of the races. These are standard and will identify your bearing. Replace with bearings of the same type.
