It must have been passed through on the mover I suppose.
I don’t think I would risk it, those brushes are quite abrasive.

Oh, the car wash.

I thought you meant putting a pair of sunglasses on the back. I wouldn't do that. It looks silly.

Never. The car does not go near one either. I don't believe what they say about non scratching brushes and mops, it's all lies. Have you ever looked closely at a dark metallic car in particular on a bright sunny day through your sunglasses?

What Mr Motters says. My sister in law never hand washed any of her cars, and they all ended up with the kind of paint job you'd find on a Sherman tank after The Battle of the Bulge.

Automatic car washes are horrid things. Those pop-up hand-washing jobs round the back of industrial estates and on old station car parks are no better - the gorillas who work there loosen your paint with the kind of water jet that's used for post-nuclear accident decontamination and then remove what's left with a Brillo Pad dipped in grit.

Nope, most certainly not. Neil thinks I married him for his charm, good looks and money. His skill with a bucket, sponge and car shampoo swung it plus his mechanical abilities. I have now forgiven him for failing my Mk3 Cortina at it's MOT when we first met.
