Last year we had to buy a new TV so we opted for an HD freeview model.
The LNB needed changing to cope with HD so I looked around for the best
price and recommendations. This came up trumps and fitted in place of the
previous LNB with no bother. Shop around for the best price.

I also bought a Humax Freesat HD receiver an 'A' grade refurb. from Humax.

We weren't going to buy a TVA for the Eriba as I have an IPad and hitched has a Tablet and both adequate to watch iPlayer and live TVA...but need a good internet signal....
The rumoured special Edition Eriba might have an inset built in TV in the wardrobe wall I am led to believe....

For those interested in the changes being brought about to TV reception across Europe by the switch to Astra 2E, www.robssatellitetv.com has a country by country breakdown filed by residents.

For Spain and Southern France, a 1.2m dish would seem the minimum to receive the FTA channels, but it is very much hit and miss. Barcelona for instance is a black spot. Things are still in a state of flux with some ITV channels still to move satellites, but the BBC on the UK spot beam is proving very elusive.

Not good news.
