Yes - Good Friday (Karfreitag) and Easter Monday (Ostermontag). Easter Sunday (Ostersonntag) falls on a Sunday anyway so doesn't count as a Public Holiday (Feiertag).

Just recovering from an all day garden Egg hunt for 4 grandchildren (ages 3 - 7) and a 2 year old niece. Chaos but good fun. All went home with a bucket full of chocolate leaving two very exhausted grandparents. Just opening the wine.
