Overhead lockers

Hi all, I was just beginning to wonder if we have got things wrong ! When we go off in our little 310 we pack the over head lockers with plates, cups,& general stuff. Then it occurred to me that maybe we should put it neatly and securely in storage boxes under the bed and then decant to the OH lockers once set up. As left in the lockers its all a bit of a jumble up when we arrive. Any definitive correct way ?

Thanks

I put all plates, glasses, mugs etc in the basket under the sink using those non slip mats to protect the glass and crockery. Overhead is for tea, coffee, spices etc. Thats just how i do it - no right or wrong. As long as it gets there in one piece.....

As a general rule, light stuff up high, and heavy stuff down low.

Our kitchen/front top lockers have light/dried food, condiments, tea/sugar, melamine plates/bowls, but also ceramic mugs and proper glasses wrapped in lots of tea towels. We have done so since 2003.

Yes, but not cream.
That is not the done thing in a Lavazza coffee created in a "Bialetti Moka Express Hob Espresso Maker". Stock codes available upon request. Available from all good department stores, but especially John Lewis as I like them and Mrs eribaMotters works for them.

Just logged back in ! - thank you all for your messages. So a quick trip to Ikea it is for some medium size storage boxes for cups and glasses, which I will wrap up with Mrs GTs enormous Bridget Jones knickers to stop breakages. 👍
