Holly finally in the garage

It took us all morning, but we finally squeezed her in. One inch clearance from the up and over door handle, and required careful raising and lowering of the jockey wheel as the drive slopes away from the garage.

Where are you going to put it all?

Don't think it would work with ours, it's flat roofed and with the door retracted I have 1 inch clearance to walk underneath, so about 6ft 2 or 3 ins. I doubt even letting the tyres down would get an Eriba in there.

Luxury, my second eriba was a wide bodied Troll 552. After lifting off the garage doors, about 40kg each, and unscrewing the jambs i had a theoretical top clearance of zero mm. Down the sides was about 10/12mm. To say getting the van into the garage up a slight incline over gravel was problematic is an understatement. I resorted to a winch in the floor, but even this was not foolproof as I tore the teeth off the winch when pulling it in.
I now have a motor mover on my latest van.

Ah!, but you did it in the summer EM, the van would've been a few mm larger then. You should've waited 'til mid winter easy peasy then. Maybe not

The saw benches are actually Ikea glass top table supports!. Only had them in the garage for 20 years so your upcycling idea may allow me to hoard them for another 20.

You're a man after my husband's heart
We have two sheds full of stuff that may come in handy one day but in the meantime no-one can get in the sheds.

The only time I had a shed, it was exactly as Julie says. Not allowed one now, but luckily we have a double garage.
One half is home for the Yeti, the other half has my bike (rarely ridden), the mower, a freezer (last used in 1992), Mrs SDA's exercise bike (used twice in 2015), grandsons sand pit (last used in 2014), a large wooden folding garden table (to be replaced with something lighter), a whole heap of folded boxes from when we moved here 9 years ago, and behind all that, my work bench, if you can get to it.
