New, improved search facility

Roger drew my attention this morning to the fact that the search facility (fourth button from left on the header bar) is now back up-and-running and having just used it, I have to agree with him that it a big improvement on the old version.

If you are seeking answers to problems, the search facility is your first port of call as many of your queries may already have been discussed.

If, however, a search turns up nothing useful then please don't hesitate to start a new thread requesting assistance. Someone will soon be along to help.

Fourth button from the left? It's the third button from the left for me, and that can only mean one thing.

I'm missing a button.

Where is my other button?

And equally - if not more importantly - what would my missing button do were I to have it? Is there a feature available to everybody else that I've been struggling without for all these months? I assumed - quite reasonably, I thought - that in return for my not inconsiderable subscription I would have nothing less than a full complement of buttons.

I sincerely hope not, otherwise a brusque letter requesting an explanation and a pro-rata refund will be dropping onto somebody's coir doormat in very short order.

Ah yes, you're missing the eject.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte) button and any more nonsense and I'll urge Mr Calder to push it.
