we are visiting friends in Poole in a couple of weeks and thought we'd take the opportunity to visit the showroom.
Do they still want you to make an appointment?
We just fancy having a look around and are not buying.

Eventually we would like a Triton 420, so we are keen to have a proper look at one and also have a look at the awnings.

We last visited AL by appointment a couple of years ago and were disappointed because the staff spent the whole time talking with other visitors who hadn't booked, It must've been difficult for the AL guys with half a dozen couples wandering around demanding their attention. As a customer that's booked a visit you feel you should get some sort of priority but that's not always possible unless they lock the doors!

We booked an appointment a few weeks back. It was quiet, so I’m sure they would have been happy if others turned up. Having said that, there was only 1 guy on and he spent a lot of time helping us. Would have been a problem if more customers had come and occupied his time.
Lovely guy who was very patient with our indecision...

If it happens to be around April 10th to 16th Julia, we hope you can pop in on everyone for an hour or so, at the Spring meet. We'd love to meet you.

Hi Julia
We booked a slot with AL in 2015 and though there were a few people about Cameron spent ages with us showing us all the different models and talking about various possibilities. He had to nip away a couple of times but we felt we got great service. If it was me I would definitely book a time slot. Mike T
