Thank goodness we were in Skiathos for the wedding, yet there were still ladies of a certain age glued to the TV in the lounge area of the hotel even though it was clear blue skies and 25deg on the beach. I only know this because the bar was through the lounge.

We arrived at a campsite on the Costa Dorada on the day. The reception staff were very excited about the wedding, when they asked me about it I said "wedding, who got married?". Got some very funny looks. I was on holiday, I don't do keeping up.
