Presumably a Familia, rather than a Famille, but as said there's a big difference between a 320 and a 310, it's called a washroom. Come to think of it, it's not such a 'big' difference, the Touring washroom could never be described as 'big'.

Photos show a 320, l'm guessing it's a 2006/7 model. Is it an import and not a UK supplied van as it lacks the usual underbed access locker.

I'm not sure you can reliably define a van's provenance by the presence (or otherwise) of those external lockers. Both of our vans came from Lechlade. One was new (forecourt stock), and the other one was bought new by its previous owners.

Neither of them had - or have - under-bed access lockers.

Lechdale had a system of supplying new vans as GT spec smooth white over silver with access locker. To the best of my knowledge this was the case for post 2000/1 vans. What age are the vans you are referring to.

Lechlade did have a standard UK spec. which included access lockers and that's what they ordered for stock, most customer happily accepting the standard spec. especially as it was either in stock or a production slot was scheduled. However if you wanted something different they would do a special order, which usually meant a longer delivery wait.

I don't know what Lechlade did or didn't do or how they worked.

All I'm saying is that our first van, a 2008 230, came from their stock and didn't have the locker. It wasn't special order or anything. The 540 we have now, which was bought from Lechlade new in 2008 by its previous owners, doesn't have the locker either. Neither did it have the autonomy pack or alloys. The fact that it had a battery and a Waeco charger fitted by (or for) the previous owners some time before they sold it to AL in 2011 seems to suggest that it too was bought from Lechlade's stock. I can't think of any reason for doing a special order of a down-specced van and then promptly retrofitting what you would have got as standard. It doesn't make much sense.

I'm not trying to rubbish anyone's theories here. I don't know enough about it. I'm simply relating our experiences.
