We use a pressure cooker. Tefal Clipso. Fits under the sink. Good for everything from risotto to lamb shanks. Steaks veg. We can cook a whole chicken in 20 mins. The great thing is that we don’t need to rely on electricity. I believe that you can even make a cake but have never tried.

Have not heard of anyone else using one but wouldn’t be without it

The 'cough cough' Eribacar (sotto voce) only has a 3 burner hob, so we're back into Remoska use again. Last trip out I did take the microwave, but though it's small in the kitchen, it's mighty large in the van and humping it about from travel position to worktop is a pain.
