'Morning Morphy.
Here's something to be going on with > g8p16-Soplair-Bourgogne.html#com
Let's see if someone can come up with something else?

Looking in the photo gallery, Hob and MiniKay have included a Puck Soplair awning so they're probably your best bet.

It can be a struggle the first time but firstly sort out your poles, the awning is around 2.4mtr. wide
so set the hooked poles and the central rafter to around five cm less than this.

It will need two people (nice placid people) g8p16-Soplair-Bourgogne.html#com

Thread the awning into the rail, Soplair say fling it up onto the unopened roof I just let it hang and
work under it. MAKE SURE IT IS NOT INSIDE OUT.

Study the diagram in the post above carefully, someone will need to support the short central pole,
while the poles with the hole in are extended to meet the ring fittings at each end of the awning rail,
and the pre-extended hook poles are inserted through the hole in the pole and through the ring.
These poles will now lie on the ground.
Assemble the front centre apex on the longest leg, assemble the corner pieces on the two shorter legs
lay out the centre rafter and the two front gable poles.
Connect the centre leg and apex to the short pole apex piece with the centre rafter and your helper moves
forward to support this and keep the short pole steady, while you connect the corner poles in turn.
Once you have a steady frame carefully bring the canvas forward and fit to the frame.
This is off the top of my head and may need some polishing.

OK this is how I did it (single handed)

First thread the awning into the awning rail and put it on the roof (door closed and poptop down)

Second put up the poles leaving the front poles low

P1290951.JPG - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

Drape the awning over the poles

raise the front poles tighten all the poles and do up the clamps, peg down the skirt.

Tips
zip out the side panel to make it smaller to handle before starting.
If not already marked buy 3 rolls of different colour insulation tape and colour code the poles once you have them set up (for future reference)
Make sure the eyelets locate on the pins on the front legs before raising them up.
Check the loops on the skirt most Puck awnings are old enough for the rubber to be perished, new ones are usullly a stock item in caravan shops.
get some decent pegs for the main loops if not already available (the smallish tent type pegs are ok for the skirt)

Taking it down is the reverse of putting it up.

Have fun and I hope this helps

We've only done ours once and a friend who also has a Puck helped us. Main trick is threading it though the awning rail back to front over the roof before you put any poles up (of course we'd tried to put the poles up first...)
