One way valve Crystal II water installation

I am having problems with water pressure with just a dribble coming out of the taps in my Troll. Initially I thought it was the pump but this seems ok when I rig it up and run it on a test bench..it pumps a decent amount of water.
I can see what I think is a one way valve in the inlet socket and this seems ok. There appears to be two short sections of pipe just inside the inlet fitting before the tee to the sink......could this conceal a further one way valve, one that could possibly have failed closed?

First thing I do with the Crystal II inlet socket is remove its filter pack, chuck it away, and refit the empty canister. Those filters are meant to be replaced every month of use, (fat chance of that at over £7 a pop) - Porton Down store fewer bio-hazards than those things.

Yes, there is a non-return valve in the socket, so there shouldn't be any others in line.

Remove the pipe from the back of the socket, open both taps, and try to blow through it - it shouldn't be too difficult to force water (or air) out of the taps.

But, from what you suspect, those extra NRVs need removing anyway.

Another thing worth checking, and often overlooked, are the tap's spout filters.

I don’t seem to have a filter on the system.....from what you say, I have to do a bit more investigation.

A bit more investigation and blowing through pipes and it seems that pipwork is clear.
I am left suspecting thar, although the pump shifts water, it is worn and is unable to supply sufficient head.....is this possible? The pump is dated 7/2003 so has done good service...

Yes, at 15 years old it's time for a new one, Niv.

Whale's Crystal WaterMaster high-flow pump (P/No. EP1622) is compatible with your Truma Crystal Compact socket.

Just to let you know, I have now obtained and fitted a new Whale submersible pump and have good water flow from all taps again.
Thanks for advice.
