I haven't contacted them directly as I don't really want to get that deep into it yet. If it comes to it I would even go as far as get it myself and fit it myself. It's a bit of a beast but doable. Jean at Jandi only mentioned that getting anything out of Hymer was blood and stone. I will give it a week or so and ask again.
