front lights

hello everyone, can you advise me? my eriba troll 98 is devoid of the two low front lights I'd like to install them where can I find them?

I think you might have difficulty finding the correct lights; see our van :-

The only thing is that they'd be better with a face mounted back. That's probably the reason the correct lights stick out on "stalks".
